If you get in touch with Walks-4-U GmbH in writing (by e-mail or by letter), the correspondence between Walks-4-U GmbH and yourself will be stored by Walks-4-U GmbH either physically or electronically. The period of storing your correspondence is based on the requirements of the applicable Swiss law for storing business data / business documents.

If you place a booking with Walks-4-U GmbH, all necessary data for handling such bookings (i.e. your name and address as well as the names of all participants of your travel-party) will be stored in physical and/or electronic form. Storage of this data in physical or electronic form is in our archive and/or on our computer, the latter being protected against unwanted / illegal access from outside by usual means. The period of storing this data is based on the requirements of the applicable Swiss law for storing business data / business documents, i.e. a maximum of 10 years after which all data will be deleted and/or destroyed. Only your name and the names of all other participants of your travel party will be passed on to hotels and / or transport operators, if applicable. Other than that, no data whatsoever will be passed on or made available to third parties in any form.
